Bill Payment

Introduction
This site was created to give customers the opportunity to make payments Online. The Clarksburg Water Board has partnered with the credit card payment processing company Point and Pay so that our customers can pay by major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express) or debit card. There is a convenience fee assessed for each bill paid online.

What is a Convenience Fee?
The convenience fee is the charge assessed by a credit card payment processing vender or company to accept and process a credit card payment for you, the customer, in payment of a billed charge or service which has been provided.

The convenience pay scale is as follows:

$.01-$50.00 = $2.00
$50.01-$100.00 = $2.95
Each additional $100 up to $1000 = $2.00
Each additional $1000 = $25

Examples:
If your water bill is $45.00, your convenience fee will be $2.00.
If your water bill is $205.00, your convenience fee will be $6.95.

Materials Needed
Access to your account involves entering information from your statements. This helps ensure your privacy. Please have your copy of your most recent water utility bill handy before you proceed.

NOTE: Payments must be received on or before the due date or a late fee will be charged at a rate of 10% of current bill amount.

NOTE: Payment received electronically will be posted the next business day.
